Accessibility Statement.

Our commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the site. Accessibility is treated like ingredient disclosure: part of the baseline, not an add-on. New pages are checked for keyboard operability, labeled controls, and readable contrast before they ship.

What the site does already

• Keyboard access. Every menu, button, quiz answer, and disclosure panel can be reached and operated with Tab, Enter, and Escape. Focus is always visible.
• Screen-reader labeling. Images carry descriptive alternative text, icon-only buttons are named, and page sections use landmarks so assistive technology can jump between header, content, and footer.
• Contrast. Text and interface colors are checked against WCAG contrast requirements, on both light and dark surfaces.
• No color-only meaning. Status such as sold-out or required fields is carried by words, not color alone.
• Honest motion. Animations respect the reduced-motion preference set in your operating system.

The accessibility toolbar

The round icon at the lower-left corner of every page opens accessibility settings that are saved in your browser for future visits:

• Larger text. Scales the entire site up to 137.5% without breaking page layouts.
• High contrast. Deepens text and border colors for stronger separation between content and background.
• Underline links. Adds a visible underline to every link, useful for readers who do not perceive color differences.
• Reduce motion. Pauses decorative animation and transitions sitewide.

Known limitations

We would rather name gaps than imply the work is finished.

• Swatch colors. On-screen shade swatches are approximations and cannot substitute for our shade-match service; screen readers announce shade names rather than colors.
• Checkout. When our store connects to its checkout provider, the final payment screens are hosted by that provider and their accessibility is under the provider's control.
• Third-party media. A small number of embedded videos may not yet carry full captions or audio description.
