Refund Policy
Thirty days, opened or not. No restocking fee, no interrogation.
Returns window
You may return any product within 30 days of delivery, opened or unopened, for a full refund of the product price.
Start a return by contacting us with your order number. We will send return instructions and cover the return label on defective or incorrect items.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, typically within 5 business days.
Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a compact arrives cracked or the wrong item ships, contact us with a photo and we will replace it at no cost. No return shipment is required for damaged powder goods.
